Pharmacists Exempted From Being Licensed to
Fit Diabetic Shoes in Arkansas
Pharmacists have been receiving letters from the Arkansas Department of Health asking them to submit a check for $300 to obtain a grandfathered license allowing them to be able to fit diabetic shoes. Please note that pharmacists are exempted from having to obtain a license to fit diabetic shoes in Arkansas and you do not have to pay $300 to continue to fit diabetic shoes. These letters were sent to pharmacists by mistake.
