There are two chapters of the Student Society of Health-System Pharmacists in Arkansas.  The Harding SSHP Chapter and the UAMS SSHP Chapter.  Each chapter president serves as a member of the AAHP Board of Directors.  Each chapter is invited to contribute information to this page to keep members up to date on the happenings of their chapter.

UAMS SSHP

The resource day for Arkansas Center for Respiratory Technology Dependent Children is an annual event that is held at Camp Aldersgate and provides support for parents in the form of presentations by physicians and other health care professionals geared toward caregiver needs, an expo, and activities for the kids with camp counselors. This year featured 22 caregivers, 7 patients and 13 siblings. 

Seven UAMS Student Society for Health-System Pharmacists (SSHP) students participated in this event. The chapter has over 90 members.
